India Wins 1st Test against New Zealand

After 33 years , India wins a test match in New Zealand against them. Its really a great victory for Indians. Sachin Tendulakar and Harbajan singh are played a sensational role in this test match. Sachin Tendulakar scored 160 runs and increased his no.of.centuries too. It is one of the great sachin's test innings which helps india to reach 520 runs. Harbajan Singh , one of the best spinner in the world , took 6 wickets for 63 runs.
New Zealand is batted first and scored 279 runs in the first innings where india scored 520 runs. So india took the lead of 241 runs. In the second innings , New Zealand struggled in the stating itself. Harbajan singh bowled really great and he proved that he is a top spinner. He took 6 wickets for 63 runs.
At the end , New Zealand scored 279 runs and took the lead of 38 runs. India started the second innings with the target of just 39 runs. This time , Gambhi and Dravid oped the innings. They easyly scored and Gambhir shooted the winning shot. India finally won the First test match by 10 wickets. Its surely a needed victory for India which will help indians to continue their great fom. Sachin Tendulhar named as the man of the match. Hope indian cricket team will continue their journey.
